Information on the website
The website presents information about the cabin, the area and the optional extras. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but photos and descriptions are illustrative and may change. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.
Availability and prices
- The availability calendar is updated by the owners and is indicative only.
- Choosing dates and sending a message is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you directly.
- Prices are given on request, according to the dates and number of guests.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Once a booking is arranged, the guest receives a stay agreement to sign electronically, setting out the guests' rights and obligations. Booking, payment and cancellation terms are subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
Extras
Breakfasts, treatments and event decorations are arranged in advance and subject to availability; some are provided by outside service providers.
Intellectual property
All content on the website, including photos, video, text and design, belongs to the website owners and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Links to outside services
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, whose own terms and policies apply.
Liability
We work to keep the website available and working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
